The leaked Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Firmware is compatible only with the Verizon’s Galaxy S3 model and will not work with any other model or device. Before updating the version, the users must make sure to take the backup of all their data present in the phone so that in case of any problem the recovery of the needed data can be taken. Before updating the firmware, the user must also make sure that the device has a battery power of at least 80%, its USB debugging is enabled and the PC has the installed USB Driver for Galaxy S3.

After fulfilling all these requirements you are all set to install the leaked firmware update and start by downloading the leaked ROM file in internal SD card root of your phone. Then turn off your handset and boot it in the recovery mode and perform the full Wipe Data/ Factory Reset. Then after performing the Wipe Cache partition go to the main menu in Recovery to select and install the zip file.  After the installation process gets completed, go to the main menu of the recovery and then reboot the handset which will  lead to the successful installation of the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Firmware on Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 (SCH-I535).
