Sony Xperia ZL (C650X) Gets Android 4.1.2 Firmware Updates

The Sony Xperia ZL (C650X) was announced by the company some time back and the retail version of the handset was launched across the globe with the firmware version of 10.1.A.1.350. Now there seems to be some good news for the Sony Xperia ZL owners residing in Estonia and Russia as the Android firmware update is made available for the model in these countries.  The latest version of the update is 10.1.A.1.434 and will be based on the Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 OS. This latest update is region dependent and comes with BaseBand version – 9x15A-ACEFWMAZQ-30110017-11.

Though any notable or new improvements are not being noticed by the users who have updated their handset with this update but if it is available in your area then it is always better to keep your phone up to date.  To have a recap of the device, Sony Xperia ZL features Android Jelly Bean OS along with Quad Core 1.5GHz processor, Adreno 320GPU and 2GB RAM. The phone sports big size 5 inches of TFT display that is capacitive touch in nature and features scratch resistant glass, Sony Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2, Timescape UI, multi touch up to 10 fingers, 1080 X 1920 pixels resolution and 16M colors support.
