Samsung Galaxy Win Has Been Officially Announced

A new star is going to shine on Samsung’s sky. The name of the latest, officially announced device is Galaxy Win and as its name predicts – it is going to score a major success. The specifications of the handset are really great and probably this is why it is anticipated by lots of Android fans. But enough with the small talks, let’s talk about the details of Galaxy Win.

The handset is going to be equipped with Qualcomm quad core processor (more precisely – Snapdragon 200), running on 1.2Ghz. The RAM is set to 1GB and the integrated storage is 8GB (of course, it is easily expandable up to 32GB via microSD). The screen size is expected to be TFT WVGA LCD 4.7” – as for the resolution – 800×480 pixels.

For all people who enjoy taking pictures, there are 2 cameras – rear- and front-facing. Of course you can’t expect crystal clear quality from 5MP camera, but this doesn’t mean that the pictures themselves are bad at all. The front camera is VGA but it is really handy when it comes to video conversations.

Interesting fact here is the battery with its amazing 2000 mAh. Thanks to it you can play games, listen to music and watching different video files without any problems and most importantly – without the need of recharging every once in a while.

Needless to say that Galaxy Win has all necessary features such as DLNA, USB 2.0, microUSB port, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 3.0. All of the above mentioned extras combined with TouchWiz UI make the handset extremely anticipated and preferred for future purchases by Android fans.

One of the features that we would like to pay serious attention to is that there are going to be 2 versions of the handset – dual or single SIM card device. You should admit that the trend of creating such smartphones is becoming really popular and there is a clear reason for this. Many businessmen have more than one phone and sometimes it is not really comfortable carrying 2 devices with you. Instead of owning 2 handsets, you can get one that supports Dual SIM – in this case – Samsung Galaxy Win.

According to the latest rumors about the design, the phone will be available in 2 colors – Titan Gray and Ceramic White. Unfortunately there is no official information about the pricing, so we will have to wait a little bit more until we get any news on this topic.
