New Nexus 7 Tablet Gets Android 4.3 Jelly Bean JSS15J Firmware Update

New Nexus 7 tablet was announced in the recent press event. New Nexus 7 is available  for pre-order at Google Play store and will start shipping from 30th July. So, the people in US and some other countries might have to wait few more weeks to get hands on the new Nexus 7 tablet.

Reports says that after unboxing the new Nexus 7, it will receive two types of firmware updates. The first update will be pushed automatically immediately after the tablet is connected to WiFi for the first time and this software update will be based on version JWR66N. The second software update is a regular firmware update which is downloaded automatically as a background process and will pop out as a notification. The second software update is based on the version JSS15J.

If you accept and install the second software update then the build number JWR66N will be changed to JSS15J. According the AndroidPolice.com ,  new Nexus 7 tablet is not compatible with Google Wallet. Also, you won’t be able to install Google Wallet App from Google Play store or any external source. Let’s wait for some good news from Google.
