Acer Liquid Z2 Android Phone Unveiled Officially – Specs, Features & Price

Acer has recently announced its latest mobile called Acer Liquid Z2 that the company has confirmed to show at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC). This latest model is an entry level device and will prove to be a good choice for all those users who wish to have all the needed features and that too at a pocket friendly price.  Running on android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS, it is powered by 1 GHz of processor so as to deliver decent performance speed.  There is 3.5 inches of HVGA display in the phone that delivers bright and clear content quality.  The Quick Mode feature of the phone facilitates by simplifying the interface with icons that are big in size. Physically the handset measures 110 X 62.5 X 12.25mm in size and comes with a weight of around 110 grams which is makes it easy to find a place in pockets as well as purses.

Acer Liquid Z2 features the AcerCloud which is the cloud based file and media sharing solution from the company.  Connectivity in the device is provided through basic options of WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 +EDR, 3G and GPS.  Accelerometer, light and proximity sensors are present to further enhance the overall experience of the users. For capturing images, the phone will come packed with either 3MP or 5MP of rear camera. Additional specifications that are expected to come packed with the phone includes 4GB internal memory that can be expanded, 512MB RAM, 1300 mAh battery, SRS Sound enhancement and others.

Acer Liquid Z2 will be available in 2 versions which includes single SIM device and a dual SIM compatible device.  The phone will be initially made available in France, Belgium, Netherlands and Ukraine, Russia, UK and Italy. The handset will come with an affordable price tag in the range of €99 to €129.
